I don't recall the exact circumstances, and I have many mods active so I don't know if one of them caused it, but I was flying around looking for a village, with f3 on to record the coordinates, and I would encounter random areas of land that were just smothered by water, above sea level. The debug informed me I was in a Bright Biome, which I'm assuming is from the Brightwood Tree, as no other mod I have adds biomes. The trees did not spawn, and I'm, again, assuming they were replaced by water source blocks??? Thought I'd mention it.

Actually, is probably the bright grass that is changed into the water. I will have to check the generation of the biome and the tree, since I changed the ID's of all the items and blocks when I added in the config file.

What you have just described to me would be the work of ID resolver. The Bright Biomes should be working again in the next update.

It was horrible. Horrible! I hope it is, though I have no idea why it would do something like that. I restarted with a new world, and re-did the config settings, making sure that Usefull Cobble had a priority and wasn't changed this time. Hopefully that fixes it, I want to actually see the bright biome! Never have, my other games it was all turned to water like I said lol
